About Us

Greenzang Properties was founded by Michael Greenzang in 1994 with the acquisition of a 3-family property in center city Philadelphia. Through small, scattered site acquisitions Greenzang grew to 200 units in 2000 and 500 units in 2010. In 2015 Greenzang began offering 3rd party management services to accommodate the demand from out-of-town investors. Greenzang participates as an LP investor in many of its 3rd party clients deals.

Today, Greenzang Properties manages over 3,500 units throughout the greater Philadelphia area. Its portfolio consists of Multi-family, Commercial, Office, Affordable and Specialty assets. Greenzang Properties operates from 5 regional offices with over 60 employees. As a Property Manager they focus on providing full-service management, leasing and property accounting. Greenzang provides well-trained in-house personnel for maintenance, cleaning, and apartment renovations. Greenzang has a strong culture for not just fixing things but implementing preventive maintenance programs and delivering a low cost, constantly improving property.

Greenzang also offers General Contracting and Construction Management services. Greenzang has developed and renovated over 1,000 units. Completed projects range from $10,000 apartment re-model to $10 Million ground-up developments. Projects include the development of luxury condominiums and adaptive re-use of factories for workforce housing.
